From 1999-2000, he conducted outreach ministries through LoveOne Edutainment and Bill Glass Prison Ministries at state penitentiaries in Ohio, Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Virginia, South Carolina, and Mississippi. In 1998, Mr. Atkins obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from Morgan State University, and later obtained a Masters of Science degree in Engineering Management from Drexel University in 2006. Mr. Atkins specializes in improving “quality” practices.

After a focused three-year field study on the implementation of the Power X Practice, Keith D. Atkins is very happy to share this methodology with you.
